医疗脑机接口神经数据的风险探析及治理路径OA
Risk analysis and governance pathways of neural data in medical brain-computer interfaces
随着人工智能、计算机科学、认知神经科学等有机耦合推动脑机接口技术加速演进,数十载来已在医疗健康等领域展现出巨大的应用前景,其俨然成为新时代新质生产力的代表,但同时也衍生了一系列有关神经数据的系统性风险.为此本文围绕脑机接口神经数据保护这一关键议题,从医院管理视角探讨当前神经数据在医疗领域的应用,以揭示神经数据赋能医疗健康领域的优势与风险,并提出可行的治理路径,为患者权益保护和医疗脑机接口技术的发展保驾护航.
With the accelerated evolution of Brain-Computer Interface(BCI)technology driven by the organic coupling of artifi-cial intelligence,computer science,and cognitive neuroscience,the technology has demonstrated immense application prospects in fields such as healthcare over the past few decades.It has effectively become a representative of new quality productive forces in the new era.However,this progress has also spawned a series of systemic risks related to neural data.Focusing on the key is-sue of neural data protection in BCI,this paper explores the current application of neural data in the medical field from the per-spective of hospital management.It aims to reveal both the advantages and risks of neural data empowering healthcare and propo-ses feasible governance pathways.The proposed strategies aim to safeguard patient rights and interests and ensure the robust de-velopment of medical BCI technology.
