在我国流程行业生产体系中,低压配电系统是保障企业连续稳定运行的关键基础设施.以某集团公司冶炼一车间为实证研究对象,针对当前工业配电室管理面临的信息化程度不足、监测维度单一及预警响应滞后等问题,紧扣国家关于用电用能管理自动化、信息化和智能化水平提升的战略要求,并响应集团对配电用电的管理模式优化的迫切需求,设计并提出了一套适用于工业低压配电室管的智能化管理系统解决方案.旨在融合物联网、新型传感技术和信息通信技术,实现低压配电网络的可观可控,达成设备运行状态及外部环境的实时在线监测,显著提升故障预警响应速度与整体信息化管理水平.
In the production system of China's process industry,the low-voltage distribution system is the critical infrastructure that ensures the continuous and stable operation of enterprises.Taking the smelting workshop of a certain group company as the research object,this paper aims to address the problems of insufficient informatization,single monitoring dimension,and lagging early warning response in the current management of industrial distribution rooms.Combining the national requirements for the automation,informatization,and intelligence level of electricity consumption management,as well as the actual needs of the group for optimizing the management mode of power distribution,this paper designs and proposes an intelligent management system solution for industrial low-voltage distribution room management systems,aiming to achieve observability and controllability of the low-voltage power distribution network through the use of advanced Internet of Things,novel sensing technology,and information communication technology,implement online monitoring of equipment operation status and external environment,and significantly improve early warning response speed and informatization level.
