贵州省交通物流领域知识库构建与语义检索方法研究OA
Research on the Construction of a Knowledge Base and Semantic Retrieval Methods in the Field of Transportation and Logistics in Guizhou Province
针对贵州省因山地地形及产业差异所导致的物流信息零散、信息孤岛与运输路径不合理等关键问题进行了深入研究.研究旨在构建该领域的统一知识库,以解决多源异构数据整合的难题.为此,研究采用了创新的Schema 映射(Schema Mapping)与知识图谱技术,对地理特征、政策文件及实时物流操作等零散数据进行了有效的语义关联与整合,构建了统一的语义知识库,为动态推理与智能决策提供了可靠的数据基础.研究还对基于该领域知识库的语义检索进行了优化,通过引入向量化技术、本地字典与动态权重调整等方法,显著提升了信息检索的准确度与效率.同时,利用知识图谱技术,实现了对用户潜在需求的精准预测.研究成果为构建贵州省统一的物流信息平台奠定了坚实的技术基础.
This study conducts an in-depth investigation into key issues in Guizhou Province,such as fragmented logistics information,information silos,and irrational transportation routes caused by mountainous terrain and industrial disparities.The research aims to construct a unified knowledge base in this field to address the challenges of integrating multi-source heterogeneous data.To achieve this,the study employs innovative schema mapping and knowledge graph technology to effectively establish semantic associations and integrate fragmented data,including geographical features,policy documents,and real-time logistics operations.This process results in the creation of a unified semantic knowledge base,providing a reliable data foundation for dynamic reasoning and intelligent decision-making.The research also optimizes semantic retrieval based on this domain-specific knowledge base by introducing vectorization techniques,local dictionaries,and dynamic weight adjustment methods,significantly improving the accuracy and efficiency of information retrieval.Additionally,leveraging knowledge graph technology enables precise prediction of users'latent needs.The outcomes of this study lay a solid technical foundation for building a unified logistics information platform in Guizhou Province.
