Research on Intelligent Safety Inspection System for Coal Mines Based on Zero-code Orchestration
针对传统煤矿安全巡查系统开发周期长、成本高、适配难等问题,文章提出一种融合零代码编排与定制AI 组态的创新方案.该方案面向煤矿场景,构建可视化、组件化的智能编排平台,支持拖拽式配置巡查流程、多源数据融合及 AI 模型灵活组合.系统预置采煤工作面、掘进工作面、运输巷道等典型场景的 AI 模型模板与参数,使非专业人员可快速搭建适配特定场景的智能巡查系统.工程实践表明,开发周期由 7 天缩短至 1 小时,成本降低 80%,巡查效率提升 75%,风险响应时间缩短 83.3%,为煤矿安全巡查智能化提供了低成本、高效率的可行路径,具有显著应用价值与推广潜力.
To address the challenges of traditional coal mine safety inspection systems,such as long development cycles,high costs,and poor adaptability,this paper proposes an innovative solution integrating zero-code orchestration with customizable AI configuration.The approach features a visual component-based intelligent orchestration platform tailored for coal mine scenarios,enabling drag-and-drop configuration of inspection workflows,multi-source data fusion,and flexible AI model composition.The system includes preconfigured AI templates and parameters for typical mining scenarios,such as longwall faces,heading faces,and haulage roadways,allowing non-technical personnel to rapidly deploy customized intelligent inspection systems.Field implementation demonstrates that development time reduces from 7 days to 1 hour,costs decrease by 80%,inspection efficiency improves by 75%,and risk response time shortens by 83.3%.This solution offers a low-cost,high-efficiency pathway for intelligent inspection of coal mine safety inspections,demonstrating significant practical value and broad applicability.
