细旦莱赛尔/生物基锦纶56涡流纺混纺纱线的开发OA
Development of fine denier lyocell/bio-based polyamide 56 vortex-spun blended yarns
为解决涡流纺纱线手感粗硬问题并拓宽其适纺纤维范围,采用细旦莱赛尔纤维与生物基锦纶 56纤维为原料,开发 5.9 tex低线密度涡流纺混纺纱线.通过在前纺流程中选择复配油剂以抑制静电,定制梳棉锡林针布与并条皮辊零部件,以村田MVS870EX型涡流纺设备为基础,涡流纺流程改进空心锭与前皮辊皮圈,并优化纺纱参数.结果显示:选择 80%细旦莱赛尔纤维与 20%锦纶 56 纤维混纺纱线质量最优;定制 950锡林针布与 78 度并条皮辊零件可减少纤维损伤,半成品熟条质量较高;涡流纺定制 0.85 mm空心锭,同时改进空心锭头端结构,选择65度皮辊与定制皮圈生产低线密度混纺纱线,增加纤维支撑力;选择车速 380 m/min、喷嘴气压 0.43 MPa以及纺锭隔距19 mm,纱线生产效率与综合性能最优.研究发现,通过全纺纱流程与工艺部件的改进与优化可实现 5.9 tex细旦莱赛尔/锦纶 56 混纺纱线的高质量稳定生产.
Vortex spinning technology is popular in spinning industry due to its advantages such as high speed,high output,short process,low labor usage,low energy consumption,and high degree of automation.From the product perspective,vortex spun yarns are smooth and compact and have few hairiness.The fabrics have advantages such as wear resistance,good anti-pilling property,easy moisture absorption and quick drying performance.However,vortex spun yarns have a layered structure with an inner layer and an outer layer,and the outer fibers spirally wrap the inner untwisted core fiber sliver.The fibers of inner and outer layers are prone to transfer,resulting in lower and uneven yarn strength.The strength decreases more obviously with the finer yarn.Therefore,it is more difficult to spin low linear density yarns by vortex spinning,and it is only suitable for spinning medium-count yarns with a relatively hard hand feel.In addition,the variety of fibers suitable for vortex spinning is single.It is only suitable for processing chemical staple fibers and medium-length fibers with a length of more than 35 mm.More than 70%of domestic vortex spinning products are still concentrated on materials such as viscose and polyester,leading to fierce homogeneous competition. Low linear density yarns are researched to be produced in order to solve the problem of rough and hard hand feel of vortex spun yarns.In addition,eco-friendly and high-value-added bio-based materials have also received national policy support.Their application in vortex spinning will gradually increase their market occupancy in the new spinning field.At present,the fineness of vortex spun yarns is mostly in the range of 7.4-59.0 tex,and the use of bio-based materials is still a blank in the global market.To expand the range of fiber types suitable for vortex spinning,and solve the issue of hard hand feel of vortex-spun yarns,fine denier lyocell fibers and bio-based polyamide 56 fibers are used to produce 5.9 tex blended yarns through the vortex spinning method in this paper.It coordinates the entire spinning processes including fiber preparation,opening and cleaning,carding,drawing,and vortex spinning processes.Through the improvement and optimization of the entire spinning process and technological components,5.9 tex fine denier lyocell/bio-based polyamide 56 blended yarns can have a high-quality with a stable producing process.Comparative experiments during the pre-spinning process and vortex spinning process are conducted to analyze the changes in product quality and production efficiency under different processes.80%fine denier lyocell fibers and 20%polyamide 56 fibers are chosen in the experiment.A compound oil agent is employed to reduce the electrostatic effect of the blended fibers.950 cylinder needle cloth and a drawing top roller with 78 degree hardness are customized to reduce fiber damage,resulting in high-quality semi-finished drawn sliver.In vortex spinning,a 0.85 mm hollow spindle with improved structure of its head is customized,and the top roller with 65 degree hardness and customized apron are chosen to enhance the support of fibers for producing low linear density blended yarns.Based on the Murata MVS870EX vortex spinning equipment,the parameter with a vehicle speed of 380 m/min,a nozzle pressure of 0.43 MPa,and a spindle gauge of 19 mm achieves optimal yarn production efficiency and comprehensive performance. Therefore,the high-quality and stable production of 5.9 tex fine denier lyocell/bio-bases polyamide 56 blended yarns can be realized through the improvement and optimization of the entire spinning process and process components.The low linear density yarn production technology can be realized with high speed,high efficiency,and low energy consumption.It breaks through the existing production limitations of vortex spun yarn counts,and realizes the industrial production of related eco-friendly low linear density blended yarn products.
