Evaluation methods and research status of fabric contact comfort

织物接触舒适性是指织物与人体皮肤接触时引发的心理物理学感知,是影响消费者穿着体验与健康舒适的关键因素.文章系统梳理了现有的织物接触舒适性评价方法,重点评述了基于神经电生理信号的新兴测量技术,指出当前评价体系存在缺乏统一整合标准的问题;进而从纤维改性、纱线设计、织物结构设计与后整理三个层面综述了舒适性织物的研究进展,并提出一套覆盖材料创新、结构设计、场景模拟、综合评价与优化反馈的全链条研发体系,以推动多功能集成纺织品、智能可穿戴设备及人形机器人皮肤等前沿领域的可持续发展.

With the development of social economy and the improvement of residents'consumption level,consumers'demands for the functionality and comfort of textiles are becoming increasingly diversified,and the comfort of fabrics has become a key focus.Fabric comfort includes contact comfort,pressure comfort,thermal and humidity comfort,and visual comfort,among which contact comfort is an important evaluation indicator,involving physiological perception such as tactile sensation,temperature and humidity at the moment of contact between fabric and skin.Studying the comfort of fabric contact,including itching,pressure,and thermal stimulation,is of great significance for developing products that meet consumer needs. This article summarizes the current evaluation methods for fabric contact comfort,which can be classified into three categories:subjective evaluation,objective evaluation,and other evaluations.In addition,the research status of comfort fabrics is summarized from three aspects:fiber modification,yarn design,fabric finishing,and structural design.The evaluation methods for fabric contact comfort include subjective evaluation,objective evaluation,and model prediction.Among them,the application of neuroelectrophysiological signals such as electroencephalography(EEG),electrocardiography(ECG),and electromyography(EMG)provides a new way to quantify human physiological responses,breaking through the limitations of traditional sensory evaluation. The current research has made good progress in the diversity and accuracy of evaluation methods,but no unified evaluation criteria has been established.And based on literature analysis,the vast majority of studies use objective instrument testing to evaluate comfort,with a few studies combining subjective evaluation.Other more in-depth or dynamic evaluation methods are relatively rare.In addition,the current research and development of comfort fabrics commonly involves the use of toxic and polluting modification reagents,or complex and unstable textile structure designs that make it difficult to achieve mass production.The evaluation methods used in the development process of new comfort fabrics are still relatively single and traditional,restricting consumers'comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the comfort performance of new fabrics in real and complex wearing scenarios.Based on the above issues,this article proposes to construct a full chain research and development system that covers yarn material design,fabric structure design,comfort simulation,comprehensive evaluation,and optimization feedback.This system aims to break through the limitations of traditional single evaluation models and systematically analyze the inherent mechanism of fabric contact comfort.Future research can further construct a correlation model between process parameters and comfort indicators,or develop corresponding software tools to achieve a closed-loop R&D model of"process design,performance simulation and optimization feedback".With the development of multifunctional integration and artificial intelligence technologies,research on fabric comfort will evolve towards more precise and efficient directions,so as to better meet the increasingly diversified market demands.
