螺栓螺母为重型工业中重要的紧固件,螺栓拉伸器由于其布力均匀,可精准控制螺栓预紧力,被大量用于螺栓预紧工作中,但拉伸器工作时对于定位精度要求较高,需要保持拉伸器轴线与螺栓对齐.文中设计了基于视觉识别的拉伸器对准装置,将深度相机的图像输入到YOLOv5中获取子图像,再进行图像增强和基于退火算法的阈值分割,之后进行基于霍夫变换的六边形拟合,得到螺栓精确位姿和中心坐标,最后将坐标信息传输到执行机构上以驱动电机定位.通过实验结果验证,所提方法的图像定位精度和装置定位精度能达到1.5 mm以内,对目标的识别准确率达到90%以上,设计的机械结构能高质量完成对准工作.

Bolts and nuts are important fasteners for heavy industry,and bolt tensioners are widely used in bolt pretightening due to their uniform force distribution and accurate control over the bolt pretightening force.However,the positioning accuracy required for the tensioner during operation is high,so it is necessary to keep the axis of the tensioner aligned with the bolt.The article designs a tensioner alignment device based on visual recognition.The depth camera image is input into YOLOv5 to obtain sub images,which are then subjected to image enhancement and threshold segmentation based on annealing algorithm.After that,the precise pose and center coordinates of the bolt are obtained by hexagonal fitting based on Hough transform.Finally,the coordinate information of the bolt is transmitted to the actuator to drive the motor for positioning.Experiments verified that the image positioning accuracy and device positioning accuracy can be within 1.5 mm,and the target recognition accuracy can reach over 90%.The designed mechanical structure can complete the alignment work satisfactorily.
