西北师范大学原子结构光谱和碰撞研究四十年历程回顾与展望OA

This paper reviews the forty-year development of research in atomic structure,spectroscopy,and collisions at Northwest Normal University.Early exploratory efforts laid a solid foundation for the discipline,which subsequently expanded through the establishment of master's and doctoral programs as well as key laboratories,leading to the formation of distinct research specialties.The research team has undertaken numerous high-level projects,achieving fruitful results and cultivating a wealth of talent.Through extensive domestic and international collaborations,the discipline has developed an integrated paradigm of"Theory-Experiment-Application."Looking ahead,the department will further focus on frontier breakthroughs,promote technological innovation and application,and strengthen talent cultivation and international cooperation.By serving local and national strategic needs,the university remains committed to the sustained and vigorous advancement of this discipline.
