陕西省临潼区石榴病毒病的发生与分布OA
Occurrence and Distribution of Pomegranate Virus Diseases in Lintong Shaanxi
石榴(Punica granatum L.)作为重要的经济作物,其产业发展受到病毒病的严重制约.为明确陕西省石榴主产区临潼石榴病毒病的病原种类、分布及症状特征,采集了该地区疑似被病毒感染的石榴叶片样本,进行深度测序分析与RT-PCR检测.结果表明,临潼产区石榴病毒病的病原有3种,分别是苹果潜隐球形病毒(Apple latent spherical virus,ALSV)、百香果无症状病毒(Passiflora edulis symptomless virus,PESV)和葎草潜隐病毒(Humulus japonicus latent virus,HJLV).研究表明PESV引起黄化症状,PESV侵染引起叶片变小、皱缩,ALSV侵染引起叶片畸形症状.从部分扦插苗与嫁接苗检测出病毒,表明用带毒苗木建园或用带毒接穗嫁接是石榴园病毒病传播的主要方式.石榴树ALSV、HJLV和PESV的检出率依次为33.3%~46.7%、30.0%~36.7%和16.7%~30.0%,3种病毒混合感染现象普遍.本研究首次报道了我国石榴病毒病的发生与危害,明确了陕西临潼石榴病毒病的病原种类、区域分布及症状特征,也为我国石榴病毒病的科学诊断与针对性防控提供了重要的理论依据和技术支撑.
Pomegranate(Punica granatum L.)is an important economic crop,and its production and industry development are severely constrained.To identify the causal viruses,their distribution,and associated symptom characteristics of pomegranate viral diseases in the main production areas of Lintong District,Shaanxi Province,leaf samples showing suspected viral infection were collected from pomegranate orchards.Deep sequencing analysis combined with RT-PCR detection was conducted.The results showed that three viruses were associated with pomegranate viral diseases in the Lintong pro-duction area,including Apple latent spherical virus(ALSV),Passiflora edulis symptomless virus(PESV),and Humulus japonicus latent virus(HJLV).PESV infection was associated with chlorosis,as well as leaf reduction and curling,whereas ALSV infection was associated with leaf malformation.Viruses were detected in some cutting-propagated seedlings and grafted seedlings,indicating that or-chard establishment using infected seedlings or grafting with virus-infected scions is the main route of virus transmission in pomegranate orchards.The detection rates of ALSV,HJLV,and PESV ranged from 33.3%-46.7%,30.0%-36.7%,and 16.7%-30.0%,respectively,and mixed infections invol-ving the three viruses were common.This study provides the first evidence of pomegranate viral disea-ses in China and clarifies the causal virus species,regional distribution,and symptom characteristics of pomegranate viral diseases in Lintong,Shaanxi,thereby providing important theoretical evidence and technical support for accurate diagnosis and targeted control of pomegranate viral diseases in China.
