Genetic Diversity Analysis and Comprehensive Evaluation of Quality Traits in Highland Wheat Germplasm Resources from Qinghai Province,China

以200份不同来源的小麦种质资源为材料,对种植并收获于4个生态环境下的小麦种质籽粒粗蛋白含量、可溶性蛋白含量、湿面筋含量、沉降值、稳定时间和形成时间6个品质性状进行测定,计算BLUP值消除环境偏差进行遗传多样性分析和综合评价.结果表明:除青海贵德生态区可溶性蛋白含量外,其余各性状在不同环境下遗传多样性指数均大于2;各品质性状均呈正态分布或偏正态分布,且最高分布频次在4个生态环境中存在差异;各品质性状间均呈正相关关系;基因型与环境互作效应分析,环境效应对性状影响占比最大;K-means聚类结果参试种质分为3类,第Ⅰ类集中了大部分强筋小麦,第Ⅱ类集中了大部分中强筋小麦,第皿类集中了大部分中筋、弱筋小麦;基于主成分和隶属函数分析,筛选出5份品质性状优异的小麦种质,可为下一步小麦优质品种选育提供优异材料基础和基因资源.

The quality of wheat grains directly determines their processing quality and end-use per-formance.In-depth investigation and dissection of the genetic diversity of grain quality traits in wheat germplasm can provide superior genetic materials and gene resources for wheat quality breeding.This study employed 200 wheat accessions collected from Qinghai Province and other origins.Six grain quality traits were measured in wheat materials cultivated in four distinct ecological environments:crude protein content,soluble protein content,wet gluten content,sedimentation value,stability time,and development time.Best linear unbiased prediction(BLUP)values were computed to eliminate en-vironmental variance,followed by genetic diversity analysis and comprehensive evaluation.The results indicated that except for soluble protein content in the guide ecological region of Qinghai,all other traits exhibited genetic diversity indices greater than 2 across different environments;all quality traits followed normal or skewed distributions,with peak frequencies varying across environments;signifi-cant positive correlations were observed among all quality traits;The genotype-by-environment inter-action analysis revealed that environmental effects accounted for the largest proportion of phenotypic variation;K-means clustering analysis classified the tested germplasm into three groups:Group Ⅰ con-tained predominantly strong-gluten wheat,Group Ⅱ mainly medium-strong gluten wheat,and GroupⅢ primarily medium-and weak-gluten wheat;Based on principal component analysis and membership function analysis,five wheat germplasm accessions with excellent quality traits were selected.These selected materials will serve as excellent genetic resources and foundational breeding materials for fu-ture breeding of high-quality wheat varieties.
