为了高效回收铅锌尾矿中的铅(Ⅱ),以柠檬酸钠为浸出剂,双氧水为氧化剂,研究了铅锌尾矿中重金属铅(Ⅱ)的选择性浸出过程,探讨了柠檬酸钠浓度、双氧水浓度、pH、固液比、浸出时间等因素对浸出率的影响机制.结果表明:当柠檬酸钠浓度为0.50 mol/L,双氧水浓度为0.02 mol/L,pH为7,固液比为1∶100(g/mL),浸出反应时间为360 min时,Pb2+的浸出率为90.1%,且Zn2+、Ca2+、Fe3+、Mg2+的浸出率分别为9.1%、57.6%、2.9%、1.7%,实现了 Pb2+的高效浸出,同时抑制了 Zn2+、Fe3+此类重金属的浸出率,为后续浸出液中Pb2+的选择性分离回收降低了难度.

To efficiently recover lead(Ⅱ)from lead-zinc tailings,a selective leaching process was investigated using sodium citrate as the leaching agent and hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant.The effects of sodium citrate concentration,hydrogen peroxide concentration,pH,solid-to-liquid ratio,and leaching time on the leaching rate were examined.Results showed that the leaching rate of Pb2+reached 90.1%,at a sodium citrate concentration of 0.50 mol/L,hydrogen peroxide concentration of 0.02 mol/L,pH of 7,solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶100(g/mL),and leaching time of 360 min.Meanwhile,the leaching rates of Zn2+,Ca2+,Fe3+,and Mg2+were 9.1%,57.6%,2.9%,1.7%,respectively.This indicates that efficient leaching of Pb2+was achieved while suppressing the leaching of competing heavy metal ions such as Zn2+and Fe3+,thereby reducing the difficulty of subsequent selective separation and recovery of Pb2+from the leachate.
