手术室精细化护理在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用效果OA

Objective To observe the application effect of operating room refined nursing in laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods A total of 120 patients with uterine fibroids in the Operating Room of Zhejiang Dinghai Hospital(Zhoushan Branch Shanghai Ruijin Hospital)from May 2023 to May 2025 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the routine group(60 cases)and the observation group(60 cases)by the random number table method.All the patients underwent laparoscopic myomectomy.The routine group received routine nursing,while the observation group received operating room refined nursing.The rehabilitation status(operation time,getting out of bed activity time,first exhaust time),psychological condition(hospital anxiety and depression scale[HADS]),incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,getting out of bed activity time,and first exhaust time of the observation group were shorter than those of the routine group(P<0.05).After nursing,the HADS score of the observation group was lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of operating room refined nursing in laparoscopic myomectomy is good,which can promote patients'rehabilitation,improve psychology status,reduce complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
