基于全人照护的集束化护理在早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征机械通气治疗中的应用效果OA
Application effect of bundle nursing based on whole person care in mechanical ventilation treatment of premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome
目的 分析基于全人照护的集束化护理在早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征机械通气治疗中的应用效果.方法 选取徐州市贾汪区人民医院新生儿监护室 2022 年1月至 2024年10 月收治的 60 例行机械通气治疗的呼吸窘迫综合征早产儿,采用掷硬币法分为对照组、观察组各 30 例.对照组实施传统新生儿监护室护理,观察组实施基于全人照护的集束化护理.测定动脉血气分析指标,统计症状改善时间、一次撤机成功率、呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率,对比两组观察指标差异.结果 观察组的症状改善时间短于对照组,一次撤机成功率高于对照组,呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率低于对照组,护理后的动脉血气分析指标优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 在早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征机械通气治疗中基于全人照护的集束化护理的应用能够促进症状消退,改善动脉血气,提高一次撤机成功率并降低呼吸机相关性肺炎发生风险,值得推广应用.
Objective To analyze the application effect of bundle nursing based on whole person care in the mechanical ventilation treatment of premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome.Methods Sixty premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome treated with mechanical ventilation were selected from the Neonatal Care Unit of the People's Hospital of Jiawang District of Xuzhou City from January 2022 to October 2024.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using the coin toss method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional neonatal intensive care,while the observation group received bundle nursing based on whole person care.The arterial blood gas analysis indicators were measured,the time for symptom improvement,success rate of one machine withdrawal,and incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia were calculated,and the differences in observation indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the success rate of one machine withdrawal was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia was lower than that in the control group,and the arterial blood gas analysis indicators after nursing were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of bundle nursing based on whole person care in the mechanical ventilation treatment of premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome can promote symptom resolution,improve arterial blood gas,increase the success rate of one machine withdrawal,and reduce the risk of ventilator-associated pneumonia.It is worth promoting and applying.
