责任制整体护理在轮状病毒性肠炎患儿中的应用效果OA

Objective To explore the application effect of the responsibility based holistic nursing model in children with rotavirus enteritis,providing a basis for optimizing pediatric clinical nursing protocols.Methods The study period was from June 2024 to June 2025.A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of hospitalized children with rotavirus enteritis in the Pediatric Department of the Zhangye Second People's Hospital.A total of 136 cases were collected and divided into two groups based on different nursing models,with 68 cases assigned to each group.The control group received conventional nursing services,while the observation group adopted responsibility based holistic nursing model.The psychological state of parents,children's treatment compliance,satisfaction,and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the psychological state score of parents in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The observation group showed higher treatment compliance and satisfaction scores across all nursing indicators,along with a lower incidence of adverse events during nursing compared to the control group,with all differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The responsibility based holistic nursing can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of parents of children with rotavirus enteritis,improve their treatment cooperation and family care satisfaction,reduce the risk of adverse events,and is worthy of clinical adoption.
