多维度护理干预对绝经期中度拇外翻患者运动功能的影响OA
The effect of multidimensional nursing intervention on motor function in postmenopausal patients with moderate hallux valgus
目的 探讨多维度护理干预对绝经期中度拇外翻患者运动功能的影响.方法 选取嘉兴市第二医院 2023 年 2 月至 2025 年8月收治的 74例绝经期中度拇外翻术后患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为A组(常规护理干预)与B组(在A组基础上接受多维度护理干预),每组 37 例患者.对比两组患者运动功能、疼痛灾难化.结果 护理后,B组患者的美国足踝外科协会评分高于A组,疼痛灾难化量表评分低于A组(P<0.05).结论 多维度护理干预能够有效提升绝经期中度拇外翻患者运动功能,并缓解疼痛相关消极认知.
Objective To explore the effect of multidimensional nursing intervention on motor function in postmenopausal patients with moderate hallux valgus.Methods A total of 74 postmenopausal patients with moderate hallux valgus who had underwent surgery in the Second Hospital of Jiaxing from February 2023 to August 2025 were divided into group A(conventional nursing intervention)and group B(multidimensional nursing intervention on the basis of group A)using the random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.Motor function and pain catastrophizing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society score in group B was higher than that in group A,the pain catastrophizing scale score in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidimensional nursing intervention can effectively improve motor function and alleviate pain-related negative cognition in postmenopausal patients with moderate hallux valgus.
