目的 观察强脉冲磁刺激联合生物反馈电刺激治疗产后压力性尿失禁患者的临床效果.方法 选取 2023 年 3 月至 2024年 3 月徐州市妇幼保健院收治的产后压力性尿失禁患者 90 例,依据随机数字表法分为两组,均为 45 例.对照组接受单一生物反馈电刺激治疗,观察组在生物反馈电刺激治疗基础上联合强脉冲磁刺激治疗.比较两组临床疗效、盆底肌纤维肌电压、盆底功能[盆底功能障碍问卷(PFDI-20)、阴道持续收缩时间]、尿失禁程度[国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷表简表(ICI-Q-SF)]及生活质量[尿失禁生活质量问卷(I-QOL)].结果 相较于对照组,观察组临床总有效率较高(P<0.05).治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组盆底肌纤维肌电压较高,PFDI-20评分较低,阴道持续收缩时间较长(P<0.05).治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组ICI-Q-SF评分较低,I-QOL评分较高(P<0.05).结论 强脉冲磁刺激联合生物反馈电刺激治疗压力性尿失禁患者的效果良好,能有效提高盆底肌纤维肌电压及生活质量,改善盆底功能,减轻尿失禁程度.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of intense pulsed magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation in the treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods A total of 90 patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence admitted to Xuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2023 and March 2024 were selected and divided into two groups based on the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received single biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy,while the observation group received the therapy of intense pulsed magnetic stimulation on the basis of biofeedback electrical stimulation.The clinical efficacy,pelvic floor muscle fiber voltage,pelvic floor function(pelvic floor distress inventory-20[PFDI-20]and vaginal continuous contraction time),degree of urinary incontinence(International Consultation on Incontinence questionnaire-short form[ICI-Q-SF]),and quality of life(incontinence quality of life questionnaire[I-QOL])were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had a higher clinical total efficacy compared to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared to the control group,the observation group had a higher pelvic floor muscle fiber voltage,lower PFDI-20 score,and longer vaginal continuous contraction time(P<0.05).After treatment,compared to the control group,the observation group had a lower ICI-Q-SF score and a higher I-QOL score(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of intense pulsed magnetic stimulation and biofeedback electrical stimulation has shown good results in the treatment of patients with stress urinary incontinence.It can effectively improve the pelvic floor muscle fiber voltage and quality of life,improve pelvic floor function,and reduce the degree of urinary incontinence.
