中药湿敷治疗产妇会阴水肿、会阴侧切切口疼痛的效果OA

Objective To explore the effect of wet compress with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of perineal edema and lateral episiotomy incision pain in postpartum women.Methods According to the random number table method,200 postpartum women with perineal edema and lateral episiotomy incision pain admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical University from January to May 2025 were divided into the control group(n=100,conventional treatment)and the observation group(n=100,combined with wet compress with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group).The clinical efficacy,edema score,pain score,quality of life score,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the edema and pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wet compress with traditional Chinese medicine can alleviate postpartum perineal edema and lateral episiotomy incision pain,and improve the quality of life of patients,with few adverse reactions.
