皮下免疫治疗儿童变应性鼻炎效果的影响因素分析OA

Objective To analyze the influencing factors on the efficacy of subcutaneous immunotherapy for allergic rhinitis in children.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 160 children with allergic rhinitis who underwent subcutaneous immunotherapy in Women and Children's Medical Center Affiliated to Guangzhou Medical University from May 2021 to May 2024.The clinical efficacy was statistically analyzed,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results Among the 160 included children,128 cases showed effective treatment while 32 cases showed no effect.The results of the univariate analysis indicated that there were significant differences between the effective group and the ineffective group in terms of family history of allergic rhinitis,body mass index(BMI),allergens,and vitamin D3(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that a family history of allergic rhinitis,BMI overweight or obesity,and multiple allergens were independent risk factors on the efficacy of subcutaneous immunotherapy,while vitamin D3 was an independent protective factor on the efficacy of subcutaneous immunotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion The factors influencing the efficacy of subcutaneous immunotherapy for allergic rhinitis in children are numerous.Family history of allergic rhinitis,BMI and allergens are risk factors,while vitamin D3 is a protective factor.Clinically,comprehensive and effective intervention measures should be taken in combination with these factors to improve the efficacy of subcutaneous immunotherapy and facilitate the recovery of the children.
