Research progress on the role of STAT3 in endometrial cancer
子宫内膜癌是女性生殖系统中最具威胁性的恶性肿瘤之一,全球范围内其发病率呈持续增长趋势.近年研究发现,STAT3 的异常激活可通过多种途径和层面促进子宫内膜癌的恶性发展,具有重要的临床转化价值与研究前景,对于延缓疾病进展及改善治疗效果具有积极意义.然而,STAT3 在子宫内膜癌发生发展中的具体分子机制仍有待系统阐明.因此,深入探讨STAT3 在肿瘤细胞增殖侵袭、免疫微环境调控、血管生成、铁死亡以及能量代谢等方面的作用机制,可为实现子宫内膜癌的精准靶向治疗提供理论支撑与新的干预思路.
Endometrial cancer is one of the most threatening malignant tumors in the female reproductive system,with a continuous global rise in its incidence rate.Recent studies have revealed that the abnormal activation of STAT3 can promote the malignant progression of endometrial cancer through various pathways and mechanisms.This finding holds significant clinical translation value and research prospects,and has positive implications for delaying disease progression and improving treatment efficacy.However,the specific molecular mechanisms of STAT3 in the development and progression of endometrial cancer remain to be systematically elucidated.Therefore,in-depth exploration of STAT3's role in tumor cell proliferation and invasion,immune microenvironment regulation,angiogenesis,ferroptosis,and energy metabolism will provide theoretical support and novel intervention strategies for achieving precise targeted therapy for endometrial cancer.
