风电机组混凝土-钢混合塔筒中混凝土环片的生产及现场装配质量管控研究OA
RESEARCH ON PRODUCTION AND ON-SITE ASSEMBLY QUALITY CONTROL OF CONCRETE RINGS IN CONCRETE-STEEL HYBRID TOWER FOR WIND TURBINES
随着风电行业的快速发展,风电机组混凝土-钢混合塔筒(下文简称为"钢混塔筒")凭借其独特优势在风电项目中得到越来越广泛的应用.其中,混凝土环片作为钢混塔筒的重要组成部分,其生产及现场装配质量直接影响到钢混塔筒的整体性能和安全性.对钢混塔筒的现状与特点进行了阐述,并对混凝土环片生产和现场装配过程中的质量管控要点进行了研究.研究结果表明:1)混凝土环片生产过程中的质量管控要点主要体现在加强混凝土成分的质量管控、选择合适的混凝土原材料配比、严控各生产环节、深入细致地落实验收工作这 4 个方面.2)混凝土环片现场装配过程中的质量管控要点主要体现在做足充分准备、严控现场装配过程、细化装配后的检测工作这 3 个环节.研究结果对其他采用钢混塔筒的风电项目的塔筒质量控制具有一定的参考和借鉴意义.
With the rapid development of the wind power industry,wind turbine concrete-steel hybrid towers(hereinafter referred to as"steel-concrete towers")have been increasingly widely used in wind power projects due to their unique advantages.Among them,concrete rings,as a crucial component of steel-concrete towers,its production and on-site assembly quality directly impact the overall performance and safety of the steel-concrete towers.This paper elaborates on the current status and characteristics of steel-concrete towers and investigates the quality control measures in the production and on-site assembly of concrete rings.The research results show that:1)The critical points of quality control in the production process of concrete rings primarily involve strengthening quality control of concrete composition,selecting appropriate mix ratio of concrete raw materials,strictly managing production processes,and thoroughly implementing inspection procedures.2)The key aspects of quality control in the on-site assembly process of concrete rings mainly focus on thorough preparation,stringent control the on-site assembly process,and detailed post-assembly inspection work.The research reswlts provide valuable reference and insights for tower quality control in wind power projects utilizing steel-concrete towers.
