光伏发电项目前期开发阶段需对太阳能资源进行评估,评估精准度直接影响项目的经济性和可行性判断,而太阳辐照量是评估太阳能资源的重要指标.以主流的 3 个气象资料数据库提供的太阳辐照量数据为研究对象,首先对中国太阳能资源的分布情况进行了概述;然后通过定量分析各气象资料数据库数据与气象局数据的差异性,选出了各省级行政中心城市光伏发电项目的最佳气象资料数据库;最后提出了太阳能资源评估精准度提升策略,并进行了验证.研究结果表明:1)整体来看,相较于气象局提供的各省级行政中心城市的年太阳辐照量数据,SolarGIS 和NASA 气象资料数据库提供的数据基本都偏大,而Meteonorm 气象资料数据库提供的数据在大多数情况下偏小.2)在数据修正前偏差率低于±1%的值不进行修正的前提下,温带大陆性季风气候区和亚热带季风气候区均适合采用 Meteonorm气象资料数据库,数据修正幅度均为 1%~4%;热带季风气候区适合采用SolarGIS 气象资料数据库,数据修正幅度为3%~6%;高原气候区可采用SolarGIS或 NASA 气象资料数据库,数据修正幅度均为1%;干旱气候区可采用SolarGIS 或NASA 气象资料数据库,数据修正幅度为2%~6%.

In the early development stage of PV power generation projects,it is necessary to evaluate solar energy resources.The accuracy of the evaluation directly affects the economic and feasibility judgment of the project,and solar irradiation is an important indicator for evaluating solar energy resources.This paper takes the solar irradiation data provided by three mainstream meteorological data databases as the research object.Firstly,an overview of the distribution of solar energy resources in China is provided.Then,by quantitatively analyzing the differences between the data in each meteorological data database and the data from the meteorological bureau,the optimal meteorological data database for PV power generation projects in each provincial administrative centers city is selected.Finally,a strategy for improving the accuracy of solar energy resource evaluation is proposed and validated.The research results show that:1)Overall,compared to the annual solar irradiation data provided by the meteorological bureau for each provincial administrative centers city,the data provided by SolarGIS and NASA meteorological data databases are larger,while the data provided by Meteonorm meteorological data database is smaller in most cases.2)Under the premise that values with a deviation rate below±1%are not corrected,both the temperate continental monsoon climate zone and the subtropical monsoon climate zone are suitable for using the Meteonorm meteorological data database,with data correction ranges of 1%to 4%.The tropical monsoon climate zone is suitable for using the SolarGIS meteorological data database,with a data correction range of 3%to 6%.The plateau climate zone can use either the SolarGIS or NASA meteorological data database,with a data correction range of 1%,and the arid climate zone can use either the SolarGIS or NASA meteorological data database,with a data correction range of 2%to 6%.
