光伏发电系统设计方案中不同AGC控制策略的应用研究OA

近年来,光伏发电装机规模大幅提升,但因光伏发电输出功率的稳定性不足,致使其存在一定的限电情况.以河北省某光伏发电系统为例,首先通过整理其附近已运行的光伏发电系统实测数据,对限电情况进行分类;然后分析了不同 AGC 控制策略下的常规限电情况,并通过分析不同 AGC 控制策略对太阳辐照量与光伏发电系统发电量的相关性的影响来证明是否存在爬坡限电情况,从而确定了本光伏发电系统的限电时段和限电率;最后提出了采用不同光伏支架和不同容配比的 11 个光伏发电系统设计方案,分析了限电情况对不同设计方案的发电量和经济性产生的影响,以确定经济收益较高的光伏发电系统设计方案.研究结果表明:在相同的限电情况下,从容配比来看,无论是采用固定式光伏支架还是平单轴光伏支架,高容配比均能有效降低限电对光伏发电项目经济性的影响.从光伏支架类型来看,当容配比、常规限电率均相同时,相较于采用固定式光伏支架的设计方案,采用平单轴光伏支架的设计方案受到的影响较小;年综合限电率对光伏支架类型选择的影响较大,限电情况越严重,平单轴光伏支架的经济优势越大.综合来看,不同限电情况下,应选用合适的光伏支架类型及容配比,从而缓解限电产生的影响并提升项目收益.研究结果可为不同限电情况下类似光伏发电项目的光伏发电系统设计提供参考.

In recent years,the installed capacity of PV power generation has significantly increased,but due to the lack of stability in the output power of PV power generation,there are certain power curtailment.This paper takes a PV power generation system in Hebei Province as an example.Firstly,by sorting out the measured data of nearby operating PV power generation system,the power curtailment situation is classified.Then,the conventional power curtailment situation under different AGC control strategies is analyzed,and the impact of different AGC control strategies on the correlation between solar irradiation and power generation capacity of PV power generation system is analyzed to prove whether there is a ramp curtailment situation.Therefore,the power curtailment period and curtailment rate of this PV power generation system are determined.Finally,eleven PV power generation system design schemes using different PV brackets and different PV power to inverter power ratios are proposed,and the impact of power curtailment on the power generation capacity and economy of different design schemes is analyzed to determine the PV power generation system design scheme with higher economic benefits.The research results show that under the same power curtailment situation,regardless of whether fixed PV brackets or flat single axis PV brackets are used,high PV power to inverter power ratio can effectively reduce the impact of power curtailment on the economy of PV power generation projects.From the perspective of PV bracket types,when the PV power to inverter power ratio and conventional power curtailment rate are the same,compared to the design scheme using fixed PV brackets,the design scheme using flat single axis PV brackets is less affected.The Annual comprehensive curtailment rate has a significant impact on the selection of PV bracket types,and the more severe the power curtailment situation,the greater the economic advantage of flat single axis PV brackets.Overall,under different power curtailment,appropriate types of PV brackets and PV power to inverter power ratios should be selected to alleviate the impact of power curtailment and increase project revenue.The research results can provide reference for the design of PV power generation systems for similar projects under different power curtailment.
