光伏产业在可再生能源领域中扮演着至关重要的角色,太阳能级硅片(下文中的硅片均指此类硅片)作为光伏产业链的核心组成部分,是太阳电池的基础材料,其品质直接决定了太阳电池和光伏组件的性能.硅片的高质量发展对于实现"双碳"目标具有重要意义.首先对硅片的分类、制备技术,以及各类太阳电池对硅片的要求进行了介绍;然后对中国硅片行业的发展现状、发展机遇与面临的挑战进行了分析;最后对中国硅片行业的发展前景进行了展望,并提出了相关建议.分析结果表明:1)由于 n 型单晶硅片制备的太阳电池具有光电转换效率更高、稳定性更优等优势,更契合光伏产业高质量发展需求,其将成为硅片市场未来的主流产品.2)硅片产业链现状主要体现在上游原材料供应稳定、中游制造环节技术成熟、下游应用市场前景广阔、产业链上中下游合作紧密 4 个方面.3)中国硅片行业的发展机遇主要体现在政策利好行业发展、需求推动行业发展、国产替代加速行业发展这3个方面.4)中国的硅片行业主要面临硅片售价下滑、硅料成本上升、硅片产能过剩,技术性人才缺失,以及市场竞争加剧,行业洗牌仍将继续这 3 个方面的挑战.5)未来可从推动技术创新、引导企业良性发展、扩充人才队伍这3个方面促进硅片行业的发展.

The PV industry plays a crucial role in the field of renewable energy.Solar-grade silicon wafers(hereinafter referred to as silicon wafers)serve as the core component of the PV industry chain and are the basic material for solar cells,with their quality directly determining the electrical performance of solar cells and PV modules.High-quality development of silicon wafers is of great significance for achieving emission peak and carbon neutrality goals.This paper first introduces the classification and preparation technologies of silicon wafers,as well as the requirements of various solar cells for silicon wafers.It then analyzes the current development status,opportunities,and challenges of silicon wafer industry in China.Finally,it provides an outlook on the development prospects of silicon wafer industry in China and offers relevant suggestions.The analysis results show that:1)Due to the advantages of higher photoelectric conversion efficiency and better stability in solar cells prepared from n-type mono-Si wafer,meets the high-quality development needs of the PV industry,it will become the mainstream product in the silicon wafer market in the future.2)The current state of the silicon wafer industry chain is primarily reflected in four aspects:stable upstream raw material supply,mature midstream manufacturing technology,broad downstream application market prospects,and close collaboration among upstream,midstream,and downstream of the industrial chain.3)The development opportunities for silicon wafer industry in China mainly lie in three aspects:favorable policies promoting industry growth,demand driving industry development,and domestic substitution accelerating industry growth.4)Silicon wafer industry in China faces challenges in three main areas:declining silicon wafer prices,rising silicon material costs,overcapacity in silicon wafer production,shortage of technical talent,intensified market competition,and ongoing industry consolidation.5)Future efforts to promote the development of the silicon wafer industry can focus on three aspects:driving technological innovation,guiding enterprises toward healthy development,and expanding talent pools.
