沼液对姜荷花生长及土壤酶活性的影响OA
Effects of biogas slurry on the growth of Curcuma alismatifolia Gagnep and soil enzyme activity
集约化生产下,多年种植的姜荷花田易产生连作障碍,导致姜荷花产量和品质下降,为探讨沼液对姜荷花连作障碍的削减效应,以'玉如意'品种姜荷花为材料开展盆栽试验,比较了在连作与非连作土壤中施用不同浓度沼液(0%、25%、50%、75%和 100%)对姜荷花生长指标、生理响应和土壤酶活性的影响.研究结果表明,沼液施用能显著提高姜荷花的株高、叶长、叶宽与茎粗,增强其过氧化物酶等抗氧化酶活性,并促进可溶性糖的积累;土壤酶(脲酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶)活性也随沼液浓度增加而提升,尤其在连作土壤中修复效果更为显著.综合分析认为,在 50%~75%浓度范围内,沼液可显著促进姜荷花的株高增长、叶片扩展及茎部粗壮等;在非连作土壤中,推荐施用浓度为 25%~50%;而在连作障碍明显的土壤中,应提升至 50%~75%,以实现养分补给与微生态修复的双重目标,研究结果可为沼液资源化利用与姜荷花连作障碍的治理提供理论依据.
Under intensive cultivation,continuous cropping of Curcuma alismatifolia Gagnep fields often leads to replanting obstacles,resulting in yield reduction and quality deterioration.To investigate the alleviating effects of biogas slurry on continuous cropping barriers in Curcuma alismatifolia Gagnep,a pot experiment was conducted using the'Curcuma Laddawan'variety of Curcuma alismatifolia Gagnep.Plants were grown in both continuous and non-continuous soils and treated with five concentrations of biogas slurry(0%,25%,50%,75%and 100%).The results showed that biogas slurry application significantly improved plant height,leaf length,leaf width,and pseudostem diameter,enhanced antioxidant enzyme activity(such as peroxidase),and promoted the accumulation of soluble sugars.In addition,soil enzyme activities,including urease,sucrase,and catalase were markedly increased with higher biogas slurry concentrations,with more pronounced restoration effects observed in continuous cropping soils.Comprehensive analysis indicated that biogas slurry concentrations of 50%-75%were most effective in promoting plant growth and morphological development.For non-continuous soils,a concentration range of 25%-50%was recommended,whereas for soils with significant replanting obstacles,50%-75%was optimal to achieve both nutrient supplementation and microecological restoration.These findings provided a theoretical basis for the resource utilization of biogas slurry and the sustainable management of continuous cropping barriers in Curcuma alismatifolia Gagnep cultivation.
