基于南京都市圈乘客服务体系下地铁APP服务建设研究OA

By analyzing the national policies and the passenger demands of metropolitan area,this paper proposes a construction architecture of passenger service system in the metropolitan area,summarizes a construction scheme of metro APP in the metropolitan area,and demonstrates the necessity of building passenger service system and metro APP in the metropolitan area.By building a unified passenger service system and mobile payment service platform,it addresses a series of critical issues such as multiple operating entities,unsmooth cross-line traffic flow and significant challenges in achieving inter-province and inter-city interoperability.These research efforts provide valuable insights and considerations for the development of smart rail transit systems in metropolitan areas across China.
