针对重载移动闭塞系统列车在通过分相区时的行车许可计算问题展开深入研究.在现有重载移动闭塞系统行车许可计算方法的基础上,系统分析分相区这一特殊场景对列车运行安全产生的具体影响.研究提出,通过精确计算列车安全通过分相区所需的最低速度(安全速度)以及从停车状态加速至该安全速度所需的安全距离,优化行车许可终点的动态选择策略,可有效避免列车因行车许可终点落入分相区而导致在无电区停车的事故风险.该方法在保障行车安全的前提下,有助于维持或缩短列车运行间隔,从而提升重载移动闭塞系统的整体运行安全性与运输效率.提出的模型与策略,为重载移动闭塞系统在实际复杂线路条件下的工程应用提供更为可靠的理论依据与关键技术支持.

This paper conducts an in-depth study on the calculation of train movement authority when the train equipped with the moving block system of heavy-haul railway passes through the neutral section.Building upon existing methods for calculating train movement authority in moving block systems of heavy-haul railways,it systematically analyzes the specific impacts of this special scenario in the neutral section on train operational safety.This study proposes the optimization of the dynamic selection strategy for the movement authority endpoint by precisely calculating the minimum speed(safe speed)required for a train to safely pass through the neutral section and the safe distance required to accelerate from standstill to the safe speed.This approach effectively prevents the accident risk of train stopping within the electrically-isolated neutral section due to the movement authority endpoint falling inside the neutral section.Under the premise of ensuring operation safety,this method helps to maintain or even shorten the train headway,thereby enhancing both the operational safety and the transportation efficiency of the moving block system of heavy-haul railway.The models and strategies proposed in this paper provide a more reliable theoretical foundation and key technical support for the engineering application of moving block systems for heavy-haul railways under complex real-world line conditions.
