列控系统作为保障列车安全运行的核心系统,信息安全至关重要.聚焦于列控系统商用密码应用体系研究,基于列控系统架构和业务特征,深入分析其在数据保护层面所面临的安全风险和挑战,从法律法规、理论技术、制度管理、测试评估 4 个维度,构建列控系统商用密码应用体系,并通过通信网络安全防护、在线密钥管理、安全运维和审计 3 个典型应用案例,详细说明系统商用密码应用的实现方法和效果,为持续提升列控系统安全保障能力,以及数字化铁路发展筑牢密码安全底座.
As the train control system is the core system ensuring the safe operation of trains,its information security is of vital importance.This paper focuses on the research of the commercial cryptography application system for the train control system.Based on the system architecture and service characteristics of the train control system,it conducts an in-depth analysis of the security risks and challenges faced at the data protection level.From the four dimensions of laws and regulations,theoretical technology,institutional management,and testing and evaluation,this paper proposes the commercial cryptography application system for the train control system.Through the three typical application cases of communication network security protection,online key management,and security operations and auditing,it elaborates on the implementation methods and effects of the system's commercial cryptography application.This paper aims to continuously enhance the security guarantee capability of the train control system,and lay a solid cryptographic security foundation for the development of digital railways.
