为了解新疆南疆哺乳期湖羊母羔断奶前生长发育规律,为湖羊科学养殖、精准选育及生产优化等提供数据支撑,本试验选取阿克苏地区柯坪县 65 只 45 日龄内健康哺乳期湖羊母羔作为研究对象,在精准测定体重(y)及胸围(x1)、体高(x2)、体长(x3)、管围(x4)4 项体尺指标基础上,通过相关性、通径及多元回归分析揭示各指标间的关联性.结果显示:1)母羔体重与所有体尺指标均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),相关系数排序为体长(r3=0.931)>体高(r2=0.855)>胸围(r1=0.773)>管围(r4=0.568);2)通径分析表明,体长对体重的直接效应最强(直接通径系数=0.662),管围主要通过体长对体重产生较强间接效应(间接通径系数=0.387);3)经多元逐步回归筛选,剔除回归系数不显著的管围(P>0.05),建立最优线性回归方程 y=-26.472+0.661x1+0.205x2+0.127x3(R2=0.89,P<0.01).综上,胸围、体高、体长、管围均可作为湖羊母羔生长发育的评价指标,其中体长是预测其生长状况的核心指标,可为新疆南疆柯坪县及生态条件相似区域的湖羊早期选育提供关键依据.

This study aims to clarify the pre-weaning growth and development patterns of suckling female Hu sheep lambs in Southern Xinjiang,providing data support for scientific breeding,precision selection and production optimization of Hu sheep.A total of 65 healthy suckling female Hu sheep lambs(within 45 days old)from Keping county in this region were selected as research subjects.By accurately measuring body weight(y)and four body size indicators-chest girth(x1),body height(x2),body length(x3),and can-non circumference(x4),the correlation mechanisms among these indicators were analyzed using correlation,path and multiple regres-sion analyses.The results indicated that:1)The body weight of female lambs was extremely significantly positively correlated with all body size indicators(P<0.01),with the correlation coefficients ranked as follows:body length(r3=0.931)>body height(r2=0.855)>chest girth(r1=0.773)>cannon circumference(r4=0.568).2)Path analysis revealed that body length had the strongest direct effect on body weight(direct path coefficient=0.662),while cannon circumference mainly exerted a significant indirect effect on body weight through body length(indirect path coefficient=0.387).3)Through multiple stepwise regression screening,cannon circumference which exhibited an insignificant regression coefficient(P>0.05)was xcluded,leading to the establishment of the opti-mal linear regression equation:y=-26.472+0.661x1+0.205x2+0.127x3(R2=0.89,P<0.01).In conclusion,chest girth,body height,body length and cannon circumference can all serve as evaluation indicators for the growth and development of female Hu sheep lambs,with body length identified as the core indicator for predicting their growth status,thereby providing a crucial basis for the early selection and breeding of Hu sheep in Keping county,Southern Xinjiang region,as well as in regions with similar ecological conditions.
