尿素硝酸铵溶液替代尿素对冬小麦'新冬55号'生长及氮素利用的影响OACHSSCD
The effects of urea ammonium nitrate solution as a substitute for urea on growth and nitrogen utilization of winter wheat cultivar'Xindong 55'
为了筛选尿素硝酸铵溶液(UAN)替代尿素对冬小麦'新冬 55 号'的最佳施用量,采用单因素随机区组田间小区试验,设不施氮肥(CK)、100%尿素(T1)、UAN 替代 100%尿素纯养分量(T2)、UAN 替代 85%尿素纯养分量(T3)、UAN 替代 70%尿素纯养分量(T4)5 个处理,100%尿素处理氮肥用量为 450.00 kg·hm-2、磷肥用量(以 P2O5 计)为 191.25 kg·hm-2、钾肥用量(以 K2O 计)为 195.00 kg·hm-2,且各处理磷、钾肥施用品种及用量保持一致.结果表明:在 UAN 替代尿素处理中,T2 处理相较于 T1 处理,对冬小麦生长和产量提升效果最为显著,单株有效分蘖数(穗数)增加 12.10%,成熟期产量提升 10.80%,T3、T4处理能达到减肥不减产的效果;T2 处理相较于 T1 处理,最能提高各生育期冬小麦植株全氮含量,植株氮含量随着 UAN 用量的增加而提高,并且能有效提升氮肥利用率,T2 处理氮肥利用率最高,较 T1 处理提高了 21.96%,T3、T4 处理氮肥利用率均高于 T1 处理.综上所述,在 UAN 替代尿素处理中,T2 处理(UAN 替代 100%尿素纯养分量)对滴灌冬小麦生长及氮素利用提升具有显著影响,为冬小麦的合理施肥提供科学依据.
To determine the optimal application rate of urea ammonium nitrate(UAN)solution as a substitute for urea in the winter wheat cultivar'Xindong 55',a single-factor randomized block field plot experiment was conducted.The experimental design consisted of five treatments:no nitrogen fertilization(CK),100%urea(T1),UAN substituting 100%of urea-based pure nutrient content(T2),UAN substituting 85%of urea-based pure nutrient content(T3),and UAN substituting 70%of urea-based pure nutrient con-tent(T4).The nitrogen application rate for the 100%urea treatment(T1)was set at 450.00 kg·hm-2 of N,with phosphorus fertilizer(as P2 O5)applied at 191.25 kg·hm-2 and potassium fertilizer(as K2 O)at 195.00 kg·hm-2.All treatments received consistent types and amounts of phosphorus and potassium fertilizers.The results indicated that among the UAN substitution treatments,T2 demonstra-ted the most pronounced improvement in winter wheat growth and yield compared to T1,with increases of 12.10%in effective tillers per plant and 10.80%in yield at maturity.Treatments T3 and T4 achieved yield maintenance with reduced fertilizer input.Compared to T1,T2 also significantly enhanced total nitrogen content in winter wheat plants across growth stages.Plant nitrogen content increased with higher UAN application rates,and nitrogen use efficiency was effectively improved,with T2 exhibiting the highest nitrogen use ef-ficiency 21.96%higher than T1.Both T3 and T4 also showed higher nitrogen use efficiency than T1.In conclusion,under drip irriga-tion conditions,the T2 treatment(UAN substituting 100%of urea-based pure nutrient content)significantly promotes winter wheat growth and enhances nitrogen utilization,providing a scientific basis for rational fertilization practices in winter wheat cultivation.
