人工智能、突破式创新与企业新质生产力OACHSSCD

Artificial Intelligence,Breakthrough Innovation and New Quality Productivity of Firms

中国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,培育能够突破要素和技术边界的"新质生产力"已成为提升实体经济韧性的关键抓手.文章基于2013-2023年沪深A股"专精特新"上市企业数据,运用双重机器学习模型等多种计量方法探究人工智能对"专精特新"企业新质生产力的影响效应及作用渠道.研究发现:在影响效应方面,人工智能显著提升了"专精特新"企业新质生产力,且这一影响效应在专精特新中小企业、专精特新"小巨人"企业、单项冠军企业、制造业企业及融资约束较低企业中更为明显;在作用机制方面,人工智能可通过促进突破式创新规模扩大与突破式创新质量提升,推动企业新质生产力发展.

China's economy has shifted from a phase of high-speed growth to one of high-quality development,and the cul-tivation of"new quality productivity"capable of breaking through factor and technological constraints has become a key starting point for enhancing the resilience of the real economy.Based on the data of"specialized,refined,distinctive and innovative"listed enterprises on the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share markets from 2013 to 2023,this paper uses dual machine learning models and multiple econometric methods to explore the impact effect of artificial intelligence on the new quality productivity of"specialized,refined,distinctive and innovative"enterprises and its action channels.The research findings are shown as below:In terms of im-pact effect,artificial intelligence significantly enhances the new quality productivity of"specialized,refined,distinctive and inno-vative"enterprises,and this influence effect is more pronounced among specialized,refined,distinctive and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises,specialized,refined,distinctive and innovative"little giants",individual-event champion enterprises,manufacturing enterprises and enterprises with lower financing constraints.In terms of mechanism of action,artificial intelligence promotes the development of new quality productivity of enterprises by promoting the scale and quality improvement of break-through innovation.
