区域创新对新质生产力的促进效应及机制检验OACHSSCD

New quality productivity is an advanced productivity that breaks away from traditional economic growth modes and development paths,and has the characteristics of high technology,high efficiency,and high quality,conforming to the new de-velopment concept.Improving regional innovation level is a powerful measure to drive the formation and development of new qual-ity productivity.This paper selects the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2024,and on the basis of constructing an evaluation index system of new quality productivity covering three dimensions of technological productivity,green productivity,and digital productivity,explores the impact effect and mechanism of regional innovation on new quality productivity.The results show that regional innovation has a positive promoting effect on the development of new quality productivity,with a significant pro-moting effect on technological productivity and digital productivity,and that this conclusion still holds after multiple robustness tests.The results of mechanism tests show that regional innovation can not only promote the agglomeration of production factors in the high value-added and high-technology industries,promote the green and intelligent transformation of industry,improve the level of new industrialization,and build an industrial carrier for productivity leap,but also accelerate the process of enterprise dig-ital transformation supported by technological research and development and digital talents,and promote the development of new quality productivity by improving digital capability.The promoting effect of regional innovation on new quality productivity shows a nonlinear characteristic of marginal increase,and when regional innovation exceeds the threshold value,or the industrial struc-ture evolves toward advancement and rationalization,its empowering effect is significantly enhanced.
