Bridged Metallocene Complexes for Ethylene/1-Octene Copolymerization

设计并合成了5种桥联茂金属催化剂,采用核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)分析表征了它们的结构.研究反应温度、反应时间、乙烯压力、1-辛烯浓度、硼助催化剂浓度、三异丁基铝(TIBA)浓度等对其催化乙烯/1-辛烯共聚合的影响.通过高温凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、核磁共振波谱仪(NMR)对聚合产物进行分析和表征.研究结果表明:该系列催化剂表现出高温稳定性好和共聚性能好的特点,在100℃下催化活性可以达到2.36×107 g/(mol·h),共聚物的密度可以达到 0.875 2 g/cm3.随着反应温度或 1-辛烯浓度的升高,催化剂活性均呈先升高再降低的趋势,聚合产物密度则均呈下降趋势.

In the current study,five bridged metallocene catalysts were designed and synthesized,and their structures were characterized by H nuclear magnetic resonance spectra(1H NMR)analysis.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,ethylene pressure,1-octene concentration,boron cocatalyst concentration,and TIBA concentration on the copolymer-ization of ethylene and 1-octene were investigated.The polymerization products were comprehensively analyzed and charac-terized using high-temperature gel permeation chromatography(GPC),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR).The results indicated that the catalysts exhibited excellent thermal stability at ele-vated temperatures and superior copolymerization performance.Specifically,the catalytic activity reached 2.36×107 g/(mol·h)at 100℃,while the copolymer density was 0.875 2 g/cm3.With the increase in reaction temperature or the concen-tration of 1-octene,the catalytic activity first increased and then decreased.Meanwhile,the density of the polymerization products decreased.
