为探讨优质冻精与普通冻精对奶牛生产性能的影响,本研究选取规模化奶牛场泌乳牛作为试验群体,系统应用同期发情、定时人工授精高效繁殖技术,通过基因检测手段,评估其子代母犊在生产性能、体型性状方面的改良效果.结果表明,试验组(优质冻精组)奶牛子代母犊体型总分、肢蹄结构评分、乳房综合评分和肢蹄运动评分分别较对照组(普通冻精组)显著提高1.49、0.6、1.17 和 0.63(P<0.05),试验组子代母犊强壮度、体深较对照组均有提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组生产寿命、爱基因综合性能指数(IPI)、产奶量、净效益分别较对照组显著提高了 2.18个月、595.09、597.98 kg、513.12 美元(P<0.05).研究结果表明,优质冻精的应用不仅显著提升奶牛体型性状、产奶性能、生产寿命,还提升了奶牛效益水平与可持续发展能力.

To investigate the effects of high-quality frozen semen and conventional frozen semen on the production performance of dairy cows,this study selected lactating cows from a large-scale dairy farm as the experimental population.Efficient reproductive technologies including estrous synchronization and fixed-time artificial insemination were systematically applied,and genetic testing was used to evaluate the improvement effects of female calves in terms of production performance and body conformation traits.The results showed that the total body conformation score,limb and hoof structure score,comprehensive udder score,and locomotion score of female calves in the experimental group(high-quality frozen semen group)were significantly higher than those in the control group(conventional frozen semen group)by 1.49,0.6,1.17,and 0.63,respectively(P<0.05).The chest depth and body depth of female calves in the experimental group were improved compared with the control group,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05).In addition,the productive life,Integrated Performance Index(IPI)of the iGenome,milk yield,and net benefit of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group by 2.18 months,595.09,597.98 kg,and 513.12 dollars,respectively(P<0.05).The findings indicated that the application of high-quality frozen semen not only significantly improved the body conformation traits,milk production performance and productive life of dairy cows,but also enhanced their economic benefit level and sustainable development capacity.
