52份大蒜种质资源农艺性状评价与聚类分析OA
Agronomic Trait Evaluation and Cluster Analysis of 52 Garlic Germplasm Resources
为了解大蒜种质资源特性,进而为临沂市大蒜品种筛选和育种创新提供理论参考,对 52 份大蒜种质资源的 12 个农艺性状进行调查,计算变异系数,并进行相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析.结果表明,12 个农艺性状的变异系数范围为 3.5%~30.1%,且各性状之间存在不同程度的相关性.主成分分析结果显示,12 个农艺性状的绝大部分信息包含在前 3个主成分中,累计贡献率为90.55%,分别代表鳞茎发育、蒜薹生长及生育期相关特征.聚类分析将 52 份大蒜种质资源分为 2 大类、5 个亚类,其中Ⅰa 亚类为早薹型、Ⅰc 亚类为薹头兼用型、Ⅱa 亚类为头薹兼用型,结合 52 份大蒜种质资源的综合得分,筛选出适合不同用途的大蒜种质资源 9 份.综上,本研究筛选出的9 份具有不同用途的优异种质资源,不仅丰富了临沂市大蒜育种的基因库,也为当地大蒜产业的多元化发展和品种结构优化提供了重要的材料支撑.
To investigate the characteristics of garlic germplasm resources,thereby providing a theoretical reference for garlic variety selection and breeding innovation in Linyi City,12 agronomic traits of 52 garlic germplasm resources were surveyed.The coefficient of variation was calculated,and correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and cluster analysis were conducted.The results showed that the coefficients of variation for the 12 agronomic traits ranged from 3.5%to 30.1%,with varying degrees of correlation among the traits.The principal component analysis indicated that the majority of information regarding the 12 agronomic traits was contained in the first three principal components,with a cumulative contribution rate of 90.55%,representing traits related to bulb development,garlic bolt growth,and growth period,respectively.Cluster analysis classified the 52 garlic germplasm resources into two major groups and five sub-groups.Among them,sub-group Ia was identified as early-bolt type,sub-group Ic as bolt-bulb dual-purpose type,and sub-group IIa as bulb-bolt dual-purpose type.Based on the comprehensive scores of the 52 garlic germplasm resources,9 garlic germplasm resources suitable for different purposes were selected.In conclusion,the 9 excellent germplasm resources with different uses screened in this study not only enriches the gene bank of garlic breeding in Linyi City,but also provides important material support for the diversified development and optimization of variety structure of local garlic industry.
