为分析稻壳类生物质油对石油沥青高温性能的影响及其作用机理.以稻壳类生物质油和6种常用石油沥青为原料,制备稻壳类生物沥青,通过沥青三大指标试验分析稻壳类生物质油对石油沥青技术性能的影响;通过动态剪切流变试验、布氏黏度试验及四组分试验,分析稻壳类生物质油对石油沥青高温流变特性的影响及稻壳类生物质油对不同石油沥青的替代效果和作用机理.研究表明:稻壳类生物质油使6种石油沥青的针入度和延度均有所增加,软化点均降低;稻壳类生物质油会使相应石油沥青的复数剪切模量G*和车辙因子G*/sinδ降低,相位角δ提高,但并未改变高温等级;6种生物沥青旋转黏度均低于其对应的石油沥青.

To investigate the influence and underlying mechanisms of rice-husk-derived bio-oil on the high-temperature performance of petroleum asphalt binders,bio-asphalt samples were produced by incorporating the bio-oil in-to six commonly used base asphalts.Fundamental binder properties were evaluated through standard asphalt characterization tests,whereas high-temperature rheological behavior and substitution performance were ex-amined using dynamic shear rheometry,rotational viscosity measurements,and SARA compositional analy-sis.The results demonstrate that the incorporation of rice-husk bio-oil increases penetration and ductility while decreasing the softening point of all six base binders.The bio-oil also leads to reductions in the complex shear modulus(G*)and rutting parameter(G*/sinδ),accompanied by an increase in the phase angle(δ),yet does not alter the high-temperature classification.The rotational viscosity of six kinds of bio-asphalt is lower than that of the corresponding petroleum asphalt.
