自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材老化性能研究OA
Research on the Aging Performance of Self-Adheing Polymer Modified Bituminous Waterproof Sheet
以SBS改性沥青自粘卷材为对象,通过热氧老化、紫外老化及湿热老化试验,系统分析了老化过程中卷材的拉伸性能、自粘性能、微观结构及化学组成的变化规律.结果表明:热氧老化后,卷材拉伸强度及持粘性下降约30%;紫外老化后,表面沥青出现粉化,剥离强度下降约35%;湿热老化显著加速沥青与SBS的相分离,断裂伸长率下降约40%.基于FTIR与SEM分析,提出"抗氧剂1010+受阻胺光稳定剂"的复合改性方案,优化后卷材的热氧老化拉伸强度保持率及紫外老化后剥离强度保持率达80%左右.
In this study,SBS modified asphalt-adhesive rolls were used as the research object,and the changes in me-chanical properties,self-adhesion,microstructure,and chemical composition of the rolls during the aging process systematically analyzed through thermal oxygen aging,ultraviolet aging,and wet-heat aging tests.The result showed that after thermal oxygen aging,the tensile strength and adhesion retention of rolls de-creased by about 30%;after ultraviolet aging,the surface asphalt appeared to be pulverized,and the peel strength decreased by about 35%;wet-aging significantly accelerated the phase separation of asphalt and SBS,and the elongation at break decreased by about 40%.Based on the FTIR and SEM analysis,composite modification scheme of"antioxidant 1010 hindered amine light stabilizer"was proposed,and after optimiza-tion,the thermal oxygen aging tensile strength rate and the peel strength retention rate after ultraviolet aging of the rolls reached about 80%.
