组态视角下企业高质量专利培育的驱动机制OA
Driving Mechanisms of High-quality Patent Cultivation in Enterprises from a Configuration Perspective
以115家科创板上市企业为样本,从技术-组织-环境(Technology-Organization-Environment,TOE)理论框架的视角出发,运用组态思维和模糊定性比较分析方法,解构技术、组织和环境3个层面的因素影响企业高质量专利培育的多重并发因素和驱动机制.研究结果表明,企业高质量专利培育的协同驱动模式有2条,即资源主导下的技术驱动型以及技术和环境主导下的人才驱动型;技术整合能力不足、研发人员缺乏和知识产权保护不完善是制约企业高质量专利培育的关键因素.
Based on a sample of 115 companies listed on the Sci-tech Innovation Board(STAR Market),this study adopts the Technology-Organization-Environment(TOE)framework and employs configurational thinking and fuzzy-sets qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)methods to deconstruct the multiple concurrent factors and driving logics influencing the cultivation of high-quality patents in enterprises from the perspectives of technology,organization,and environment.The results reveal two synergistic driving models for the cultivation of high-quality patents:the technology-driven path dominated by resources,and the talent-driven path led by both technology and the environment.The insufficient technological integration capability,lack of research and development personnel,and inadequate intellectual property protection are key factors limiting the cultivation of high-quality patents in enterprises.
