针对集装箱正面吊卸车F-TR锁勾连和装车空重箱混装问题,采用称重传感器、激光测距、箱号智能识别、CAN总线、无线数据传输等技术,研究设计了集装箱正面吊作业动态监测与安全防护系统.该系统采用平膜片结构压电式称重传感器,实现了集装箱超偏载检测功能;采用SSD多尺度端到端目标智能检测算法和SVM分类算法,实现集装箱箱号高效智能识别;利用集装箱称重数据和激光测距值,提出了F-TR锁未脱锁自动判别方法和集装箱空重混装报警方法.该系统在北京局集团公司铁路货场集装箱正面吊上推广应用,为集装箱正面吊装卸作业安全提供了技术支撑.

To address the problems of F-TR lock hook connection during container reach stacker unloading and mixed loading of empty and heavy containers during loading,a dynamic monitoring and safety protection system for container reach stacker operations was studied and designed using technologies such as weighing sensors,laser ranging,intelligent container number recognition,CAN bus,and wireless data transmission.The system adopted piezoelectric weighing sensors with a flat diaphragm structure and realized the detection function of container overload and unbalanced loading.The SSD multi-scale end-to-end intelligent object detection algorithm and SVM classification algorithm were adopted to realize the efficient and intelligent recognition of container numbers.Based on the container weighing data and laser ranging values,an automatic discrimination method for unlock failures of F-TR locks and an alarm method for mixed loading of empty and heavy containers were proposed.The system was promoted and applied to the container reach stackers in the railway freight yards of China Railway Beijing Group Co.,Ltd.,providing technical support for the safety of container reach stacker loading and unloading operations.
