朔黄铁路列车运行自动调整系统研究OA

朔黄铁路作为重要的煤炭运输通道,其高效、安全的列车运行对于保障能源供应和区域经济发展具有重要意义.然而,随着运输需求的不断增长,传统的列车调度方式已难以满足现代铁路运输的高效率和安全性要求.因此,基于朔黄铁路列车运行调整需求分析,提出朔黄铁路列车运行自动调整系统功能模块及技术方案,包括输入数据、冲突启动、冲突列车识别、冲突消解、调整结果展示及列车恢复运行模块.以在途列车成功扣停数和扣停列车成功恢复数最大为优化目标,考虑列车长度、股道占用、列车安全间距等因素建立扣车方案与发车方案优化模型实现系统开发,并在朔黄铁路调度一台进行试验.结果表明,在列车运行秩序发生紊乱时,系统能快速给出高质量的运行线冲突消解方案,为列车调度员提供决策支持,提升了调度决策的效率和质量.

As the Shuohuang Railway is an important coal transportation corridor,its efficient and safe train operation is of great significance for ensuring energy supply and regional economic development.However,with the continuous growth of transportation demand,traditional train dispatching methods can hardly meet the high efficiency and safety requirements of modern railway transportation.Therefore,based on the demand analysis for train operation adjustment of the Shuohuang Railway,this paper proposed the functional modules and technical schemes of the automatic train operation adjustment system for the Shuohuang Railway,including modules of input data,conflict initiation,conflict train identification,conflict resolution,adjustment result display,and train recovery operation.With the optimization goal of maximizing the number of successfully stopped en-route trains and the number of successfully recovered stopped trains,an optimization model for the stopping scheme and departure scheme was established considering factors such as train length,track occupancy,and train's safe spacing to realize system development,and a test was conducted at the dispatching desk 1 of the Shuohuang Railway.The results show that when the train operation order is disordered,the system can quickly provide high-quality conflict resolution schemes for train paths,offering decision support for train dispatchers and improving the efficiency and quality of dispatching decisions.
