双站协同视角下福州站和福州东站片区TOD开发与城市更新融合研究OA

As urban development enters the stage of stock renewal,the spatial contradictions and functional conflicts between hubs and urban development caused by the uncoordinated passenger and freight transportation of early railway hubs have become increasingly prominent.Taking the areas of Fuzhou Station and Fuzhoudong Station as the research object and focusing on the in-depth integration of TOD development and urban renewal,this paper proposed the core ideas of"double-station coordination"and the linkage of"hub-ecology-cultural tourism".Aiming at existing problems such as passenger and freight functional conflicts,insufficient resources of passenger stations,and lagging efficiency of freight hubs,the paper constructed the upgrading strategy of Fuzhou Station as a"provincial capital gateway-type industrial integration hub"and the transformation path of Fuzhoudong Station as a"railway-themed cultural tourism hub"to explore the construction scheme of a composite development belt.This study breaks through the traditional research paradigm of single-station TOD and provides a reference for solving the transformation dilemma of passenger and freight hubs in similar cities and promoting the in-depth integration of urban renewal and hub development.
