浩吉铁路货运能力提升对策探讨OA

The Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway is a strategic transportation channel for China's"North-to-South Coal Transportation".Strengthening the transportation organization of the Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway and improving freight capacity are of great significance for ensuring national energy supply security and promoting regional economic and social development.On the basis of elaborating on the basic situation and the current status of transportation organization of the Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway,this paper deeply analyzed the causes of problems existing in the transportation organization process,such as the inadequate construction of the collection and distribution system,the capacity constraints in the southern section,the suboptimal locomotive crew routing,and the need to further improve off-line capacity.Moreover,it proposed development suggestions to strengthen the construction of the collection and distribution system,improve the throughput capacity of the southern section,optimize the locomotive crew routing of off-line traffic,and improve the off-line capacity of cross-line traffic,aiming to enhance the freight capacity of the Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway and achieve the development goal of increasing railway freight volume.
