多平台通用的桥梁工程参数化建模方法研究OA
Research on Cross-Platform Parametric Modeling Method for Bridge Engineering
铁路桥梁工程结构多样细节复杂,传统的 BIM 模型创建方式通常需要逐步手工操作,过程繁琐且效率较低.为解决这一问题,提出一种多平台通用的 BIM 模型参数化创建方法,旨在提高桥梁 BIM 模型创建的自动化程度和建模效率.首先,设计桥型-构件-截面三层级数据库,通过解耦三者之间的几何约束关系,方便知识积累和信息复用,从而提高建模的效率和可持续性.其次,基于 Python 编写了斜拉桥、悬索桥、刚构桥等不同桥型的建模算法,实现从设计信息到BIM 模型信息的直接转换,降低建模人员的BIM 知识储备需求和繁琐的计算过程,进一步提高建模效率.同时,设计信息解读、BIM 构件坐标计算及截面库的组织等工作均在 Python 中进行,只在最后向不同BIM 平台进行实例化,从而摆脱 BIM 平台的限制,增强技术的通用性.最后,以一座大跨径斜拉桥为工程背景,验证所提技术路线的可行性和高效性.研究表明,参数化建模技术可适用不同平台,且建模效率较高,在桥梁工程中具有广阔的应用前景.
Railway bridge engineering structures are diverse and feature complex details.Traditional BIM model creation methods usually require step-by-step manual operations,making the process cumbersome and inefficient.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposed a cross-platform parametric BIM modeling method,aiming to improve the automation level and modeling efficiency of bridge BIM models.Firstly,a three-layer database of bridge type,component,and section was designed.By decoupling the geometric constraint relationship among the three,this facilitated knowledge accumulation and information reuse,thereby improving the efficiency and sustainability of modeling.Secondly,modeling algorithms for different bridge types,such as cable-stayed bridges,suspension bridges,and rigid frame bridges,were developed in Python,enabling direct conversion from design information to BIM model data,reducing the required level of BIM expertise and eliminating tedious calculation processes,thereby further improving the modeling efficiency.At the same time,design information interpretation,BIM component coordinate calculation,and cross-section library organization were all carried out in Python,and instantiation to different BIM platforms was performed only at the final stage,thus getting rid of the limitations of BIM platforms and enhancing the versatility of the technology.Finally,a long-span cable-stayed bridge was taken as the engineering background to verify the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed technical route.The research indicates that the proposed parametric modeling technology can be applied to different platforms,achieves high modeling efficiency,and has broad application prospects in bridge engineering.
