菟丝子炮制工艺及其对化学成分和药效作用的影响研究进展OA
Research Progress on the Processing Historical Evolution,Chemical Com-ponents,Processing Technology and Efficacy Mechanism of Cuscutae Semen
菟丝子为旋花科植物南方菟丝子(Cuscuta australis R.Br.)或菟丝子(Cuscuta chinensis Lam.)的干燥成熟种子,具有补益肝肾、固精缩尿、安胎、明目、止泻的作用,作为传统的常用中药材,自《神农本草经》载述以来,其炮制方法经历了长期的发展与变革.现行炮制入药多由古代炮制方法衍化而来,基于查阅历代本草、医学古籍,综合近年来国内外关于菟丝子炮制研究的最新进展,对传统炮制方法的历史沿革、炮制工艺参数优化、化学成分变化、指纹图谱建立、药效评价、药动学及体内代谢、分析检测方法以及质量标志物预测等方面进行系统总结,探讨不同炮制方法对菟丝子药材质量及临床疗效的影响,为形成统一标准提供理论依据和试验支持.以期为菟丝子的临床应用、炮制方法、饮片标准、新药开发及相关研究提供参考.
Cuscutae Semen is the dried ripe seeds of Cuscuta australis R.Br.or Cuscuta chinensis Lam.of the Convolvulaceae family.It has the functions of tonifying the liver and kidney,astringing essence and reducing urination,preventing miscarriage,improving eyesight,and relieving diarrhea.As a traditional and commonly used Chinese medicinal material,its processing methods have undergone long-term de-velopment and changes since it was recorded in Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica.The current processing methods for medicinal use mostly evolved from ancient ones.Based on the review of ancient herbal and medical books and the latest research progress on the processing of Cuscutae Semen at home and abroad in recent years,this paper systematically summarizes aspects such as the historical evolution of tra-ditional processing,optimization of processing technology parameters,changes in chemical components,establishment of fingerprint maps,efficacy evaluation,pharmacokinetics and in-vivo metabolism,analytical and detection methods,and prediction of quality markers.It ex-plores the impact of different processing methods on the quality of Cuscutae Semen medicinal materials and clinical efficacy,providing a theoretical basis and experimental support for the formation of unified standards.It is expected to provide a reference for the clinical appli-cation,processing methods,decoction piece standards,new drug development,and related research of Cuscutae Semen.
