为研究辽西葫芦岛地区引种北苍术种质的栽培适应性,阐明药材主要性状与品质之间的联系.本研究将辽东地区的北苍术种苗栽培至葫芦岛市绥中县资源圃中,分别选择平地与山坡两种地势种植,考察北苍术根茎外观性状,并利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定苍术素含量.结果表明,平地栽培的北苍术根茎长度、直径、断面油室总体少于山坡栽培样品.山坡栽培4年与6年北苍术根茎鲜重比平地栽培分别高出28.9%、108.0%.4年生北苍术苍术素含量为0.025%~0.307%,6年生北苍术苍术素含量为0.217%~0.675%,其中山坡栽培的4年与6年生北苍术苍术素含量分别比平地栽培高出1.5倍与0.8倍.相关性分析表明,苍术素含量与根茎长度、直径与鲜重均呈现出显著相关性.综上,葫芦岛地区6年生北苍术生长量及苍术素含量均高于4年生,山坡地更适宜苍术素积累,研究成果为辽西葫芦岛地区北苍术品质评价以及栽培模式的优化提供参考.

To evaluate the cultivational adaptability of introduced Atractylodes chinensis germplasm in the Huludao area of western Liaoning Province and to understand the correlation between key traits and medicinal quality,A.chinensis seedlings sourced from eastern Liaoning were cultivated in the resource nursery of Suizhong County,Huludao City,and planted in both flat and sloping land,The harvested rhizomes were examined for their morphological traits,and the content of atractylodin was analyzed using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results revealed that rhizomes cultivated on flat land showed shorter lengths,smaller diameters,and fewer oil chambers in cross-sections compared to those grown on sloping land.Moreover,the fresh weight of 4-year-old and 6-year-old rhizomes cultivated on sloping land was 28.9%and 108.0%higher than those cultivated on flat land,respectively.The atractylodin contents ranged from 0.025%to 0.307%in 4-year-old rhizomes and from 0.217%to 0.675%in 6-year-old rhizomes.Notably,the atractylodin content in 4-year-old and 6-year-old rhizomes cultivated on sloping land was 1.5 times and 0.8 times higher compared to those grown on flat land,respectively.Cor-relation analysis demonstrated a significant correlation between atractylodin content and morphological characteristics including of rhizome length,diameter,and fresh weight.In summary,the growth and atractylodin content of 6-year-old A.chinensis in the Huludao region were higher than those of 4-year-old plants,and sloping land was more conducive to the accumulation of atractylodin.These findings provide valuable insights for the assessment of quality and the optimization of cultivation practices for A.chinensis.
