为研究苹果木栽培的牛樟芝对结直肠癌细胞体内外抑制作用.本试验采用MTT法检测不同浓度的牛樟芝提取物对人结直肠腺癌HT29、HCT116细胞株增殖的抑制率;采用灌胃技术检测不同剂量的牛樟芝提取物对结直肠癌荷瘤模型小鼠肿瘤生长的抑制作用.苹果木栽培的牛樟芝提取物在体外对人结直肠腺癌HT29、HCT116细胞均具有抑制增殖的作用,对细胞的半数抑制率分别为(26.15±6.41)mg/L、(20.09±3.07)mg/L;苹果木栽培的牛樟芝提取物高剂量组(134 mg/kg)在体内对人结直肠癌HT29荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长有抑制作用(P<0.05).苹果木栽培的牛樟芝能够抑制人结直肠癌细胞增殖,体内试验同样证实高剂量牛樟芝提取物对肿瘤生长有抑制作用,该研究为临床应用牛樟芝治疗结直肠癌提供了理论基础和依据.

In order to study the inhibitory effect of Antrodia cinnamomea cultivated on apple wood on colorectal cancer cells in vivo and in vitro.The MTT method was used to detect the inhibitory rate of Antrodia cinnamomea extract on the proliferation of HT29 and HCT116 cell lines with different concentrations.The effect of the extract on the tumor growth of Antrodia cinnamomea was detected in a colorectal cancer xenograft mouse model by gavage technique.The results showed that in vitro the extracts of Antrodia cinnamomea cultivated on ap-ple wood have inhibitory effects on the proliferation of human colorectal cancer HT29 and HCT116 cells,and the half inhibition rates of the cells are(26.15±6.41)mg/L and(20.09±3.07)mg/L;In vivo the extract of Antrodia cinnamomea cultivated on apple wood can inhibit the growth of tumors in human colorectal cancer HT29 tumor-bearing mice(P<0.05),Antrodia cinnamomea cultivated on apple wood effectively in-hibits the proliferation of human colorectal cancer cells in vitro,and the high-dose extract exhibits significantly antitumor activity in vivo,providing an experimental basis for its potential clinical application in the treatment of colorectal cancer.
