"三全育人"视角下高校毕业生高质量就业的规模、质量与效能协同路径研究OA

To achieve high-quality employment for college graduates,the core lies in the unification of scale(em-ployment quantity),quality(person-job matching),and efficiency(long-term development and strategic align-ment).Addressing the current issue of employment guidance that"emphasizes full employment while neglecting the coordination of scale,quality,and efficiency",this paper constructs an integrated analysis framework guided by the concept of"Three-Wholeness Education",which integrates macro,meso,and micro levels of scale,quality,and effi-ciency coordination,systematically addressing the imbalance among the three.At the macro level,it ensures supply and demand balance through policy and industry coordination.At the meso level,it enhances matching accuracy through collaboration between universities and enterprises.At the micro level,it fosters long-term development mo-mentum by empowering individuals and families.This paper transforms the concept of"Three-Wholeness Educa-tion"from top-level design into an operable action system,providing a systematic collaborative path for the practice of employment guidance for college graduates.
