针对天津市滨海新区东海路排水管网改造工程面临的双重挑战——淤泥质土(高压缩性、低承载力)带来的施工阻碍和滨海高速高架桥基础等周边敏感构筑物的保护需求,基于工程实践,系统研究了泥水平衡顶进技术在该类复杂工况下的应用效果.本次实施了多维度技术优化:在施工参数方面,明确顶进速度控制在10~30 mm/min,触变泥浆采用1∶4∶0.05的精准配比,将DN3 200顶管的最大顶力严格控制在14 837 kN以内;在施工工艺方面,以3排高压旋喷桩加固进出洞,优化排泥系统,实现地表沉降有效控制.地表沉降监测结果表明,优化后的泥水平衡顶进技术可有效平衡开挖面压力,地表沉降呈现"平缓沉降-快速剧降-稳定收敛"的三阶段演化特征,最终最大沉降量仅为12.76 mm,完全满足规范及敏感构筑物保护要求.该研究验证了泥水平衡顶进技术在复杂地质与敏感环境中的可靠性,为同类地下管道工程施工提供了参数与工艺参考.

For the drainage pipeline renovation project of Donghai Road in Binhai New Area,Tianjin,in order to the dual challenges of construction obstacles caused by silty soil(high compressibility,low bearing capacity)and the protection requirements for surrounding sensitive structures such as the foundations of coastal expressway viaducts,the application effect of the slurry balance pipe jacking technology in such complex conditions was systematically studied based on engineering practice.Multiple-dimensional technical optimization was implemented:In terms of construction parameters,the jacking speed was controlled within 10~30 mm/min,the thixotropic mud was precisely mixed at a ratio of 1∶4∶0.05,and the maximum jacking force of the DN3 200 rectangular pipe was strictly controlled within 14 837 kN;In terms of construction technology,three rows of high-pressure jet grouting piles were used for reinforcement at the entrance and exit of the tunnel and the slurry discharge system was optimized to make the effective control of the ground surface settlement.The settlement monitoring results showed that the optimized slurry balance pipe jacking technology can effectively balance the excavation face pressure.The ground surface settlement showed a three-stage evolution characteristic of"gradual settlement-rapid drop-stable convergence".The final maximum settlement was only 12.76 mm,fully meeting the requirements of the specifications and the protection of sensitive structures.This study verified the reliability of the slurry balance pipe jacking technology in complex geological and sensitive environments,providing parameter and process references for similar underground pipeline projects.
