香砂六君子汤治疗功能性消化不良的研究进展OA

Functional dyspepsia(FD)is a gastrointestinal disorder characterized by complex pathological mechanisms,pro-longed disease course,and significant impairment of patients'quality of life.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),FD falls under the categories of ＂stomach stuffiness＂and ＂stomach pain＂with its pathogenesis attributed to spleen deficiency with qi stagnation and impaired stomach descending function.Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction,a classic TCMformula,exhibits therapeutic effects including strengthening the spleen,replenishing qi,regulating qi to harmonize the stomach,and resolving phlegm to alle-viate stuffiness.By reviewing clinical and mechanistic studies on Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in treating FD,this paper summa-rizes its efficacy.Clinical research demonstrates that modified single-formula treatment,combined formula therapy,integration with Western medicine,or adjunctive external therapies using Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction significantly improve FD symptoms.Mechanistic studies reveal its multi-target actions:regulating gastrointestinal motility,reducing visceral hypersensitivity,repai-ring the mucosal barrier,and modulating gut microbiota.This review discusses both clinical applications and mechanisms of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in FD treatment,aiming to explore recent advancements and provide novel insights and evidence for clinical diagnosis and management.
