基于"肺肠同治"理论辨治慢性阻塞性肺疾病OA

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)belongs to the category of"lung distension""dyspnoea""cough"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Recent clinical studies have confirmed the bidirectional pathological transmission of lung diseases affecting the intestines,as well as intestinal diseases affecting the lungs,and point out that there is an intrinsic synergistic relationship between the lungs and the large intestine in terms of physiology,pathology,and treatment.This paper proposes different treatment methods for different stages and syndromes of COPD based on the theory of"simultaneous treatment of lung and intestine":in the acute exacerbation of COPD,the treatment should focus on clearing lung heat and eliminating phlegm,promoting bowel movements and dispelling turbidity;in the stable stage COPD,the treatment should focus on tonifying the lungs and invigorating the spleen,eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis.If the condition progresses to Yang deficiency,the treatment focus should be on warming Yang and supplementing Qi,eliminating phlegm and promoting blood circulation.It provides a solid theoretical foundation and practical basis for the"simultaneous treatment of lung and intestine"of COPD.
