Towards Civilizational Translation:Construction of a Generative Mechanism Model for Teaching Competency of General Education Course Instructors

基于扎根理论的精品通识课教师访谈研究,聚焦其教学胜任力生成机制,构建了"认知解蔽-文明转译-教学重构"的三阶生成机制模型.研究发现:认知解蔽机制以反思性实践素养为引擎,通过技术与教学反思,打破专业教育的认知茧房;文明转译机制通过文化整合、价值具身与跨界创新三重路径实现知识转型;教学重构机制借力生态交互素养,在时空融合教学场域中培育知识共生体,使胜任力呈现自组织进化特征.据此,构建反思实践体系、重塑教学生态并搭建对话平台,为通识课教师教学胜任力发展提供实践支持和理论指引.

Based on a grounded theory study involving interviews with distinguished general education course instructors and focused on the generative mechanism of their teaching competency,a three-stage generative mechanism model termed"cognitive deconstruction-civilizational translation-pedagogical reconstruction"was constructed.It was found that the cognitive deconstruction mechanism,driven by reflective practical literacy,broke the cognitive silo of professional education through technological and pedagogical reflection;the civilizational translation mechanism facilitated knowledge transformation via three pathways:cultural integration,value embodiment,and cross-boundary innovation;the pedagogical reconstruction mechanism,leveraging ecological interaction literacy,fostered knowledge symbionts within a spatiotemporally integrated teaching field,endowing the competency with characteristics of self-organizing evolution.Accordingly,constructing a reflective practice system,reshaping the teaching ecology,and building dialogue platforms could provide practical support and theoretical guidance for the development of teaching competency among general education course instructors.
